i feel like a cool reason that music doesn’t drown out dina could have to do with her being in the orchestra, like maybe because she’s musically trained her “ghost energy” vibrates on a higher level and harmonizes with the music instead of being drowned out by it. and maybe this makes hazel realize that dina cared and understood music more than she let on

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG I LOVE THIS STORYLINE SO MUCH! I love stories about ghost and their unfinished business! It’s so nice when we actually get to see ghost try and finishes their business! Just the whole concept is something that MAKES ME OBSESSED and that I rarely see in media, I really like the interactions of ghost and humans after death in general! Especially if they already knew each other which I think it makes it even cooler! + all the character designs looked so pretty! ( I’m definitely giving a listen to that playlist btw (
