Hi, I'm L R Buxton. I have written a number of novels, principally novellas: 'The Idol' is a horror/thriller, 'Guilty Conscience' is a morality fable; the two 'Mandy And The Missing' books are about a community haunted by disaffected; invisible people; 'The Light' is about a Midlands-based superheroine fighting populist lawmakers; 'Parasitic' is about vampires (with a twist!); 'Stationary Travellers' is a lockdown-based series about wish fulfilment, and 'Coxton Court' is about a community unable to escape its past and finding itself in a civil war of its own.

I've also written non-fiction ('Le Mans 24 Hours: The Post-War Years'), 'Life In Brexit Britain' and many articles, which are on my Facebook profile. At the moment I'm producing another novella, 'Life Plus', which is set in an alternate version of England with scientific advances which cause controversy.
