Hi everyone! ๐ This will be my tiny contribution to the world of personal recovery, human survival & hope in the face of despair.
I hope to help others w similar experiences & troubles to not feel so alone. I am a 42 yr old, bi, Caucasian, spitfire of a woman who also battles Chronic Lyme Disease, PTSD & an Anxiety/Panic Disorder, am in long-term addiction recovery, etc. As well as being thru major life-changing things, like being in all sorts of trbl w the law, on house arrest, rehab, in a Methadone clinic, family suicides, my husband's passing at age 38, etc. I feel if I share my experiences & thoughts about what I've been through, that maybe it'll help someone else & give em' real life advice... Remember, STAY SOBER, WHATEVER that looks like 2u! Whether its NA/AA, M.A.T., medicinal cannabis &/or therapy etc. NO ONE can tell u how u "should" recover.
