That lady in our videos is our founder & CEO, Rachel. She has taught thousands of people how to grow microgreens at home & regularly speak on podcasts & radio. She is a bit camera shy, but when it comes to talking about eating real food, the joys of gardening & our awesome products, she is all in. Rachel can usually be found working with our fulfillment team at the KnowingNature warehouse in Saddle Brook, NJ, planting microgreens & sprouts, or cooking for her husband & 3 kids at home.
