بیان رسانه ای است مستقل و آزاد که به دور از هرگونه وابستگی سیاسی، مذهبی و قومی در راستای نهادینه کردن فرهنگ گفت وگو و تحمل مخالفان فکری و سیاسی در سراسر دنیا فعالیت می کند. مجموعه شبکه رسانه ای بیان با هدف ارتقا سطح آزادی بیان، حقوقمداری و اطلاع رسانی آزاد، به بازتاب رویدادهای جاری ایران و جهان و همچنین ارائه گزارش های تحلیلی پیرامون مسائل و موضوعات مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی می پردازد.

Bayan is an independent Media Network that works away from any political, religious or ethnic affiliation in order to institutionalise a culture of dialogue and tolerance of intellectual and political opponents among the pertain society.
Bayan Media Network, with the aim of promoting the freedom of expression, human rights, in Iran as well as provides analytical reports on various political, economic, social and cultural issues.
