Through shapes and sounds, through harmonies and motions, through words and signs we want to create something for the alert mind. The frantic time we live in often doesn't allow for any kind of authentic interaction between people nor any creative act in one's leisure. We can not ignore the staggering pollution around the art world, and how much technology and industry changed our perceptions of it. Our dream is to shake our surroundings and to re-instill a sense of humanity in what we create.
We can help each other by sharing our creative process and tools, and not merely showing our mastered results. We exist so that we can appreciate what is wrong, admire what is odd, imagine what could be. We want to bring the attention back to the sacred aspect of exploration, by using art as a healthy escape from a tired and sick reality, and not merely as a tool to impress.
The brook's current is enough to make us both flow.
