My name is Amber Lyn. I am a speaker, songwriter, and life coach based out of Southern Oregon.

My passion is connecting with people through song and story. Music and writing is my therapy. It has been used many times to get me through some of the darkest times in my life. Some of those things included being abandoned by both my parents, a divorce, or the at times loud lies of shame in my head. I am also a mother of two. :)
