In October 2014 I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I had a broken back, cancerous lesions all over my spine and things didn't look too clever. But after a stem cell transplant and some serious rehabilitation I am still here (for now anyway!!).

I used to be a quite adventerous landscape photographer but those days are long gone thanks to disability. But I still enjoy landscape and other photography as much as I can.

So please join my border terrier Dexter and me as we try to take pictures, talk about camera gear or just have a good old moan about life in general.

Update - in February of 2023 I received the bad news that I have relapsed and that my cancer has returned. Oh well, life goes on…
