I'm Louise Pentland, an optimistic Mum of two daughters and a believer in good things. I enjoy making videos to document life.

I started a written blog in 2009 to share life's ups and downs (there have been a lot!) and now I have this channel, 6 bestselling books (currently writing my next!), work in TV & Radio, hosted a podcast and chat on my other platforms (mainly insta) every day! This channel has done something AMAZING - It has built a loyal, intelligent, compassionate community of over two million people who want to feel good and BE good. They are the BEST thing about this space. #ProudMama.

For fun I enjoy upcycling & crafts, all things Disney, time with friends and writing.
