One cool astrophysics problem I came up with that has a really nice answer:
You have a rocket docked to a station that has a dry mass of m and fuel with mass M. The fuel is equal amounts of matter and antimatter. The engine takes the fuel and mixes it in the focus of a parabolic mirror (you can assume that the mirror is big enough so that the light that comes out is a parallel beam). The wavelength of that light is λ. With what amount will that wavelength increase (observed from the station) after all the fuel annihilates?
