About Open Hearts
I'm a mom of three from Norway living in Canada. Our oldest daughter, Lydia, had a heart transplant three years ago and is living with all that transplant life entails. I love learning from other moms, hearing about new and cool products and trying to live a more natural and healthy life. I look forward to sharing our journey of ups and downs with you.
