About Troydon Wainwright

I was born with dyslexia and mild cerebral palsy. In my early twenties, I started writing in part because I love telling stories. I also I figured writing and becoming a wordsmith would help me better manage my dyslexia.

Today, I am a writer, songwriter, poet, Reiki Master, and deep thinker based in Cape Town, South Africa. My work has been published in numerous publications, including Best New African Poets. I also have a day job, working with special needs young adults.

I started this channel to showcase my art, comedy, opinions, and philosophy. I also want it to be an online diary that documents the life of an artist and deep thinker. I want this channel to teach by example and inspire people to make positive changes in their lives.
