Follow me as I take on the always evolving traditional art known as BBQ. I'm always on the search for the perfect rub! I like experimenting with different rub and cooker/pellet combinations. I learned on a weber kettle, and then moved into the offset and mostly now use pellet smokers for my weekend cooks. I'm a true Texan and cook every weekend. I'm not a competition cook but I do consider myself a back yarder, well.... actually a front yarder lol. I enjoy cooking on my pellet smokers because of the convenience factor and the great consistent product they continue to pump out.
