About Under Duress

America is changing and in the wake of many orchestrated events that have been published by many mainstream media outlets, legislative actions, policies, codes and laws have been created, further restricting the liberties of the people. Following the suppression of liberties for the sake of security (falsely so called), the auditing community has grown exponentially, which has caught my attention. Public servants that are entrusted with the power to enforce laws, have sworn a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. Today there are over 7,000,000 laws in the United States and the vast majority of them are repugnant to the Constitution, which makes them null and void (see Marbury vs Madison SCOTUS). Police officers are commissioned to enforce laws that are repugnant to the United States Constitution, creating a divide between the people they are supposed to serve, and law enforcement
