Hey Y’all! My name is Jenny. I was born and raised in South Louisiana, where I still reside. I’ve been married to my husband ( Kevin) since May of 2003 and mom to 3 beautiful children and 6 sweet kitties! I create content around cooking for my family and a Low carb lifestyle for myself. I have always struggled with fluctuating weight and when I turned 50, I decided I needed to make a lifestyle change for good! I know this channel will help keep me accountable and I hope I can motivate others! I notice that my body responds better with proteins, lean veggies and healthy fats! Put this into practice, be consistent and GET OFF OF SUGAR!
