In some situations, there is no need to be mad... you'll find more solutions to a situation when you are more calm rather than anger. Realize the reality of the situation and think all possibilities through. You will find your solution. Anger and madness clouds the mind of proper, more efficient solutions. We do have a right to be angry, but make sure it is for a good reason!
