Having studied Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, yoga, and the countless tenets of body awareness for over ten years, I feel it is my journey to impart the wisdom I have gathered onto others during the challenges they invariably face in their lives. Now more than ever, I feel an immense pull to this calling and only hope I can accurately express what I can to help as many people as I am able.
