Music Therapy Laz channel is about my personal experience with music. Music affects us in profound, mostly positive ways, can be a life altering form of therapy or just a tool that helps us along our journey in life.

The Music part will be about sharing and learning everything I've come to understand about music as a self taught player of multiple instruments, composer, performer and influencer... and of course, the gear we use to create it, mostly related to guitar & recording.

The Therapy part will be coming from my study and interests in Psychology and Music, its affects on the mind, body and spirit, and how music is an amazing form of therapy.

As a fan of many veteran YouTubers out there doing this kind of musical thing, I'll be posting video content with a different twist of my own.
