I’m also a licensed massage therapist. I enjoy helping people heal from a holistic approach. Mind, body, & soul! I enjoy the outdoors & spending time in nature! I believe Mother Nature can heal too. I love to hike, camp, & sometimes fish. I enjoy spending time at the river. I enjoy exercises such as yoga, & hula hoop dance. You’re much more likely to stick with an exercise you enjoy! I believe in the healing powers of daily meditation! I used to suffer from extreme anxiety & panic disorder. Lifestyle changes such as daily meditations helped heal me. It takes time, practice, & patience to heal the mind & body. My changes didn’t happen overnight!
