In my campervan, on my Vitus Sentier 27 VRS MTB or any bike I can get hold of, & any activity outdoors.
It will include videos of my camping trips, MTB tracks/trails and cycle ways or just outdoor activities that I participate in.

This channel is for anyone, but targeted at those who are starting to get into mountain biking or biking in general, camping, or outdoor activities. I not instructing you how to do things, just showing what I do and how much fun it can be.
Working in the health industry for 30 years, I will eventually upload videos and links to strength & rehab training & stretching.

As with every new sport or activity, make sure you visit your doctor for a health check before taking part and only work within your limits.
This is for your fun & having a laugh, you don't need to prove anything to anyone.
