Expert Express, Inc. traces its roots back to Albemarle, NC where Jesse Gantt (pictured here fourth from left) and his cousin, Jim Gantt opened their office on East Main St. in 1922. One of their claims to fame is that they installed all of the original plumbing in the barracks at Fort Bragg back in the 1920's.

Vernon Gantt, Jr., grandson of Jesse Gantt, carries on this tradition of quality and customer service with Expert Express Inc. Vernon is proud of the family business.

"Two of my sons are in the business .A few of my daughters work for me in the office and help run things there. I've even got a son-in-law working for Expert Express. We treat our
customers like family because that's what
we are... A big family."
