Welcome to Moat Cottage, I'm Elissa Jayne,
I started my homesteading journey last century, on large acreage in the Strathbogie Ranges, with fully established orchards, a huge veggie plot, overlooking a gorgeous creek, surrounded by hills. It was a dream location to learn & live.
I then moved to the modest Moat Cottage, 1/6th of an acre including the structures.
Refusing to give up the homesteaders lifestyle, I discovered that so much can be achieved on a backyard homestead & I encourage you to learn & expand your skills and experience.
