Angella interviews Julie McAfee, Director of Hilltop Family and Child Development Center, and Mike Duggar, President of Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri, about wraparound education and their efforts to help children and families on the northside of St. Louis. Through the Hilltop Family and Child Development Center, they are making a big impact at helping the community.

Gentle Barn is hosting a drive-thru Halloween that will festival and fun but also give visitors information on the rescue animals housed there. Mayor Lyda Krewson and Dr. Fredrick Echols announced Halloween is not cancelled but urged COVID safety precautions.
