Waluigi didn't make it into Smash Bros. Ultimate, but that isn't going to bring him down!
This was a fun experiment where I animated using a plugin that allowed me to record his movements in realtime by moving my mouse. That's why he has that sort of puppety feel to him. The song was also fun to write, haha.
