this is just a WIP
it's not done yet
i originally sketched in out in Pencil2D at 24 FPS
then I traced the sketch in Animate and changed it to my usual 17.5 FPS (I don't even remember how I decided to use this number, but my brain tells me it's the most mathematically and intelligently efficient one)
if you experience any lag (i do, too), it's Scratch or your computer, because in my code, there is actually NO room for lag.
it plays the next frame every 10.29/182 (or 10.29/246 for the pencil sketch) seconds.
no room for lag.
you can press 1 and 2 to see the pencil sketch and the animate sketch AFTER it's finished playing for the first time.
space to play it again!
switching between the two will have weird effects because i fixed some of the timing in animate.
i'm almost done with my california map part too, but i'm pretty sure there was a rule in it that said don't upload wips, so i can't.
i'm mostly just uploading this so i can get feedback
