Works way better in fullscreen mode!

This is a simulation of how a Twin cylinder V-shaped gas engine works.

-Move the RPM slider to slow down or speed up engine.
-Hover over parts of the engine to reveal it's part name.

Engines in real life run in a scale of 500 RPM to 9000 RPM.

-- Explanation made by me --

Air is driven into the air cleaner compartment and the throttle body mixes the air with fuel using the injection valve. This mixture, then is forced into the intake manifold, as the piston moves downwards, it creates a negative pressure in the chamber, forcing everything from the intake manifold to enter the cylinder chamber.

Then this fuel and oxygen mixture is compressed with the help of the piston moving upwards again, then a spark ignites the mixture which in turn, the expanding gasses pushes the piston backwards creating a rotating motion in the crankshaft.
