I think you can tell at first glance that the style I used here is wayyy different from what I usually use lol
Per the request & encouragement of @_spicymango (an awesome person! Definitely go follow her) I decided to try drawing in a realistic style! The last time I tried realism was in 8th grade and they weren't exactly the best attempts so I was pretty scared to try again lol but I guess I can say I'm pretty happy with how this came out!
The character I drew is Tomoe from the anime Kamisama Hajimemashita! It's a very feel-good anime & it's super cute and Tomoe is precious so I had to draw him :^)
Constructive criticism is welcomed & appreciated! This is my first time drawing realistically in many many years so I'd love to hear how I can improve ^^ please avoid leaving comments like "this sucks" with no explanation as to what I can improve on because I'm just gonna ignore it LOL
Shoutout to Kim Inseong (SF9) for being my muse (even though he technically had no choice lmao) because it's hard to draw anime characters realistically without a facial reference ^^" I didn't reference off of any single picture (I kinda just incorporated Inseong's face into what I planned) so at least there's that lol
