Ok so I absolutely fell in love with this design and I wanted to enter for it! Here's my entry for them!
The song used in the animation is Video Games by The Young Professionals. I used this song to depict Meiji getting over his fear of meeting new people and exploring the outside world.
Name: Meiji
Species: Angler x Dog hybrid
Backstory: Meiji lives in the deepest, darkest part of the ocean, away from the outside world. They long to find someone to find them and become their friend. Their scary appearence and odd voice scare away any outsiders, but for now, at least Meiji's home is quiet.
Personality: Meiji is socially awkward. Living in the ocean away from other life does that I guess. Meiji is also very curious and wants to know more about the outside world. But their fear of encountering new people keeps them holed up in their cave. Once you get to know Meiji, they are a bright and pleasent person (dog?) to talk to, once they get over their social anxiety.
