Communication technology requires sophisticated encryption. This Caesar encryption is a very, simple and famous example of encryption and decryption.
Tried to keep code as simple as possible. Yet code isn't all that simple because there's the issue of coding back before A, and also handles non alphabetic text. This code here handles all that. For non-alphabet characters, I have it insert the original character.
