Here in Cleveland, Ohio the public transport is not extensive, I am looking for a really cheap car like max 3k$ . Is used car better or should I buy a new one? For testing the car, is it’s better to take a professional mechanic for the test drive? Also how to choose the correct insurance policy? What are points one should look at?
