To learn how to change a turbo turbine oil seal go to: www.dieselpowersource.com/demonstrations or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZpstRZI7LQ

First video I've found that adds the fact u can also lessen the amount of boost, most people don't realize that's important to not blow up something
-
let me see if i got this right ... soo im with a4 b5 1.8t and my rod is kind of different but nvm so ... the rod needs to shorten by wich i mean to push it inside the actuator thingy for more boost .. but if i pull it out from the actuator it will lower the boost ?

Perfect another video said take arm off and u helped out by ur way of doing it thanx

I just picked up a used 62/65/12, so if I'm understanding this right, if I set the regulator on my compressor at 40psi and adjust the wastegate until it just starts to move at the at pressure, thats what boost I should see on my gauge, and slightly more with a spike?

Have you done much work on the turbo that comes on the older(1996) 3406E CAT motors?
-
so simpel, my life have changed...
-
good job

Excellent vid

I want to know when you start the engine, in which position the westgate goes, open or closed

By tightening spring, will it not obtain over rpm? If so will it be safe?

Hi, I'm from Argentina, at how many PSI will I open the turbo whesgate valve for the Ford Ranger 3.0 model 2011?
-
0:38 HA! GOT EEM!

Hi I heard one of the problem of turbo oil leak, related to over-cranking as indicated by oil cap dance Question:can that be fixed?
-
okay so the more you tighten the screws back your way, by decreasing the length of the rod increases the psi... cool
-
0:38 deez nuts!!😂

Howdy! My turbocharger was at a repair center. I have a Wv Polo 1.2 Tdi. After reconditioned when put into operation it generates error code P2564 position sensor signal too weak. The geometry actuator contains a position sensor. I suspect that the sensor calibration was not done effectively. I understood that for the minimum there must be a value of 0.760 volts, for the maximum I do not know for sure... 3.800 volts or 4.100 volts. What can you advise me to calibrate the correct values?

Basically adjusting spring tension/preload to make more or less boost.

Would this work on Isuzu NPR turbo

How do i locate the wastegate solenoid on 06 Chrysler 300
