It's sad that someone felt their side was so right that they have some moral obligation to leak this, whoever this was should be tried for treason to send a messege and give them the penalty that fits the crime of treason!

Don't worry about the Clerk I'm sure the Democratic Party had a deal to set the Clerk up for life for doing this for them .

It’s an attack against the integrity of the Court. Very sad thing that someone with no integrity is working in our highest court in the land. I hope they find out who did this and they are punished accordingly.

I highly recommend everyone watch this broadcast, for it throws back the cloak off of this needlessly controversial subject and exposes the truth of the constitutional nightmare we've all been living with for the last 50 years which must be changed.

One of Breyer's clerks whose husband used to work at Politico: Deutsch, Yale Law Grad. Meet Elizabeth Deutsch. She's currently a law clerk for Justice Breyer ... So, to conclude: We have a currently-serving Supreme Court law clerk whose career has been almost solely focused on abortion. She wrote her law school note on abortion. She wrote op-eds about reproductive rights. She spent a year working on abortion for the ACLU. She clerked for a stridently pro-choice appellate judge.

Either way, this happened, the culprit put the Justices' lives in grave danger and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

I don’t think it was a justice, but if it is… they should be immediately removed from the SC. No pension either, and possible imprisonment for maybe even treason.

Given their recent track record, I seriously doubt if our federal justice department would convict a federal employee or politician if they had iron clad evidence and a 1000 eye witnesses. Sad
