Ben Renick, a famous exotic snake breeder from Missouri, was found dead in a brutal murder scene at his reptile farm in June 2017. His body lay face down in a pool of blood, surrounded by some of the very animals he cared for. Ben's wife and brother initially believed the horrible puncture wounds and crushed skull indicated he was attacked by one of his own snakes. But as investigators arrived at the grisly scene, doubts began creeping in about this first theory.

Somebody needs to start looking at changing custody laws. A killer's family should not be allowed to take custody unless the victim's family is unable. Half the time, the killer's family enabled the killer or even raised the killer.

So his wife turned out to be the biggest and dangerous SNAKE in his collection
  • @nwbklr
SHE ONLY GOT 16 YEARS?!? Mid level drug dealers get more than that! Wtf??
  • @sherylrodgers4817
It's insane to think you could be murdered, and that your ashes & children go to the family of the person who murdered you 😢 that is so sad 😢
  • @xxthesarcasm
She cheated, had affairs and murdered her husband in cold blood, only to get 16 years in prison. This story makes me so mad smfh. She better not get that insurance money either.
  • @golden50snomad52
He never knew he was married to the most dangerous snake of all. 🐍
  • @gingerleamcwow435
When the judge tells you how lucky you are in that scolding tone, I hope every member on that jury panel at LEAST slumped down in their seats because his disapproval was aimed at them too! They should be ASHAMED of themselves. And if that woman ever hurts anyone when she gets out, that's on THEIR shoulders!
  • @roxiegs348
How is her family allowed to lie and isolate the children if she was found guilty? Some laws and rulings are crap.
  • @IngridduPreez
This WASN'T justice! Plus. The killer's family has NO business raising the murdered man's orphaned children!!!!!!
  • @alienatedslayer
"lady you'll be out in your 40s. Just don't kill again" YOOO WTF!!!
  • @Athfan
She literally lied on the stand too, she told that she heard gun shots, but the police call from earlier clearly shows that she said that she didn't know what happened.
  • @luana1600
She ruined countless lives. The worst is the children, they'll grow up all screwed up because their mother killed their dad and they were lied to their whole lives. This is just sad!
  • @Hutmacher24
How does someone only get 16 years for murder!? That's insane.
  • @jennylynx1869
Wow. Took someone’s life and will be out in her 40s. That’s absolutely jaw dropping
  • @jsmum196
Judge telling her not to feel bad that she will be out in her 40's and he thought his 40's were great. Ben is never coming back. his kids don't have him anymore and HER sister has them! Ben's brother has never seen them since! How is this justice?
  • @dietdrpepper15
Narcissists CANNOT help but getting on the stand. It's hilarious, every time.
  • @juanitaleak6482
Wow what an absolutely horrible woman, wife, mother & human. Very sick & twisted.
  • @wonder12374
Every picture of that woman her eyes hold such evil in them His eyes held such innocence
  • @mrchase7191
I don’t understand why both weren’t charged with premeditated murder. This plot was planned out. Even one of her friends stated that she was thinking that.
  • @breskinner
Even the judge thought that was a light sentence. They are wrong asf for telling those kids their uncle was the one who did it
