After re thinking about consistency Slayer would make it to S due to the first 6 killer albums 🤟 (yes divine is great too)

Honestly think Testament's magnus opus album will be the next one. They have The Gathering line up together now but with Skolnick on lead guitar, which is all that was missing from that album for me. Super promising, can't wait to hear it.

Good list but there is a lot missing off lol. Could’ve had Vektor, Dark Angel, Razor, Sacrifice, Voivod and more. My favorite thrash bands are Kreator, Sepultura, Testament, Megadeth, and Metallica

Apart from your shocking ranking of Flotsam, I pretty much share your sentiments. I’d strongly recommend listening to Flotsam’s last album again Blood in the water. It’s a thrash masterpiece

Awesome ranking Questy! I reckon mine would look pretty similar to yours, although personally, I would rank Flotsam and Jetsam a bit higher. By the way, I was wondering if you are considering making a sequel to that "Metal Bands as Video Games" video, as that was a video I really enjoyed watching from your channel.

In my humble opinion Testament should be S tier, they are just so good. For me they are my second favorite thrash band after Metallica!

I can't really disagree with the rankings. Mine would be pretty close to the same. Though the list gets an F for not having Whiplash and a few others like Dark Angel and Razor as well.

Sad how many bands are missing.. Vektor, Voivod, Suicidal Angels, Havok, Morbid Saint, Vio-Lence, Warbringer, Pripjat, Evile, Demolition Hammer, Sacrifice, Razor, Exumer, Xentrix, Nuclear Assault, maybe Exmortus, Skeletonwitch, Dark Angel, Carnivore... Fuck there are too many 😂 someone needs to create a remake of the tier list with more bands

Two words for Testament: The Legacy.

Generally Testament's magnum opus is considered to be The New Order. Personally I'd say Souls of Black is the magnum opus and I'd put it ALMOST on par with Rust in Peace.
