Spinning of the Hotpoint Hydrowave and the Kenmore Direct Drive

Since the Hydrowave washer have electronics in the motor, it takes longer to spin. That not the case for the Direct Drive as that washer is fully mechanical.
I also like how the Hotpoint (GE) spins counterclockwise, while the Kenmore (Whirlpool) spins clockwise.

Always cool to see how the hydro wave ramps up to speed. It has like 3 speeds before going to it's final/fastest spin speed.
