Carli Lloyd scored the USWNT's 1st of 2 goals but the fans in Montreal can ever forget for all this lead up to in Vancouver where she scored a hat trick and the 2nd player of any gender to do so in a senior level world cup final game itself

I miss this team, Tobin, Alex, Kelly, Cheney, Kriegs, Pinoe, Lloyd Morgan Brian and ofc Solo.

This is my favorite game from the 2015 world cup. I remember feeling like the German team was a brick wall that we needed all the luck in the world to defeat. It was an amazing and dynamic game that kept me on my toes the whole time. I feel the excitement every time I watch it. KO's goal is the icing on the cake of this exciting game! I believe that we will win every time! :)

The end of an era for Germany team. Unstoppable in 2003 and 2007 but fallen in Germany and Canada. But still Angerer will always be legendary shot stopper like oliver kahn for men football.

I watched this game live from the stadium, I'll never forget how the entire stadium erupted when Sasic missed the penalty. Amazing memories :)

What an awesome tournament overall, especially for the US. Lloyd with a penalty goal and awesome assist, and then followed this match up with the greatest individual half of anyone in any World Cup in the final. LEGEND GOAT

When I watch these World Cup games from 2015 and backward, I realize how little I knew about the USWNT and the players themselves... Like, I didn’t even know most of their names😂😂 All I knew was that we won and it was tense... So happy I live in a country where I can rewatch awesome soccer and learn about the game more and more ( not to be all mushy and stuff )⚽️⚽️⚽️
