I heard a representative from Sabatti Rifles say that their rifles are capable of 1/4 Moa. Can it do it ?

importing rifles anywhere just sucks. This 2,5k dollar rifle only costs 1,3K euro in germany. it is considered cheap but still good shooting. But at least now you americans can have a taste of what it is like for us to get anything from the USA.

Someone is having a lot of fun on this bucket list trip. Thanks for taking us along.
  • That is an awesome range. Looks like your world tour stopped and stayed at the range. Enjoy every minute of it Ray.

I own an older version of this rifle, a Sabatti US Tactical with the Rover action in 6.5 Creedmoor. My first load development test, using Hornady 147gr ELD-Ms and Reloder 26, I shot a one-hole 5-shot group at 200yds. According to Quickload, pressure was around 48,000psi, and average velocity was 2870fps on my Labradar. I was sold. The rifle is not picky, and shoots 140gr SMKs, 144gr Lapuas, and 145gr Barnes well. The rifle has a long freebore, so it might shoot better with handloads. I paid a little over $1k new, and it came with an AICS-compatible magazine. I've seen a newer version, with the EVO action, selling for less than $900 new in the US, also taking AICS-compatible magazines.

Thanks again for sharing all these firearms. That’s some kind of vacation you are on.

Remarkable place to shoot. Good shooting Ray. Well done!

If they plan to offer a legit 1/4 MOA guarantee, they had better have a good return department. Most folks don’t have the skill or the conditions to be able to shoot 1/4” groups even if the rifle is capable of it.

What we as shooters have available now, with factory rifles, shooting factory ammo, is incredible!!
  • @TheGrizzLee87
The actions from them are also one of the best the rifling is without a doubt the best on the market
  • Retired and living in Germany. I also shoot : PRS, F-Class and Invitational (Government) Sniper Matches in Europe. Most of the .308 Sabatti TLD shooters are using the Hornady 208 grain ELD-M bullets and doing very well bucking wind!

Do you have any idea if either of these two rifles are on sale yet here in the USA? Both look AWESOME!

The front rifle rest sure looks like a Targetshooting rest, I own a model500 with upgrades and love it. I hope the Sabatti becomes available, it would fit the bill for a 308 nicely, thanks Ray I've never heard of the company before
