Osaka Castle Park - State of Emergency? #Osaka #Japan

I live close to Osaka Castle Park (Japan) and today (Sunday 25th April 2021) is the 1st day of the supposed state of emergency to help deal with Covid.

I have to walk through the park to get to my local supermarket. So I ventured out.

I thought to myself, surely, it can't be that busy. It's a state of emergency.

I was wrong.
