The Bobcats travelled to Flagstaff and came out with a narrow 41-38 victory over the Lumberjacks. For the 'Cats, a win in Flagstaff is a very rare occurrence, as it was just the 5th out of 19 games played in Flagstaff were Montana State came out victorious. NAU's RJ Martinez had a career game throwing for 452 yards and 3 TDs, but Tommy Mellott had the last laugh as he hit Taco Dowler in stride on 3rd and 7, leading to the game winning Blake Glessner Field Goal. On defense for the 'Cats, sophomore DE Brody Grebe had a career day with 2 sacks, 1 Forced Fumble, and 1 pass breakup. The Bobcat's go on the road again next week to San Luis Obispo to take on the Cal Poly Mustangs.
