In tuth,where staff is less work load is more ...12hr is way exhausting so 8hr is better ... especially in critical cares...but in general wards too! And in 12 hr ..here we don't get as those holidays completely too ! 8 hr is the win in here ...it's like 9 to 5 job except 2 night duties...and you get 2days off!
