Thanks for the video 6-7 cups chopped rhubarb Qrt cup water Half cup sugar Cook for 10-20mins from high to medium heat. Makes about 750ml of jam. Good for 7 weeks in refidgerator!

Rhubarb jam on bread... at least its better than the danish who put chocolate on their bread and the americans who use peanut butter.
