In this video I am sharing my very first Burning Man experience, as well as my first experience using Harvest Host. After the Sunbanks Blues Festival, I had one extra day before heading to SOAK, the Regional Burning Man event in Oregon. As a Harvest Host Member you can stay at Wineries, Breweries, Distilleries, Golf Courses, etc. for free for one night. I made my very first reservation with Gilbert Cellars in Yakima, and it really was a great experience! The grounds were just beautiful and very peaceful, a great place to just relax for a day. It was very easy to set up my Vardo for the night. Check out their Website:

The next day I headed out to Tight Valley for SOAK. I volunteered prior to the event to help build the Major Burnable Structure & The Temple, plus DPW. It was really important to me to participate by volunteering so I would get the whole experience of this event. And I did! it was an incredible experience that surpassed my expectations.
