Today I am sharing what I got my 6 kids for Christmas and how much we spent on it all. We always seek to shop on a budget but this year it was extra important that we keep things low cost due to the rise in costs. I hope this will inspire you and give you ideas on how to shop on a budget yourself.

Total respect for you. We find brand new games, jigsaws, books and toys in thrift stores and its the best way to shop. Watching vulgar videos at Christmas with kids opening over 50 presents each to me is outrageous even if you have the budget. One kid actually said I'm bored now. Kids need to appreciate money and more importantly be humble and not spoiled. Great video. Your children will be grounded and appreciate everything they get later in life. Great mum, well done ❤

For the last couple years we have tried to get back to the real reason of the holiday which is the birth of Jesus. We now only do 3 presents each. But I’ve had a hard time sticking to that 😅thank you!

This is amazing. I’ve spent well over that on my one daughter and I wouldn’t even say I’ve went overboard or got her anything too wild. Prices are just insane and I don’t think I’m a very savvy shopper tbh. Would’ve loved to have watched this before I finished her shopping 😂

One idea to consider if any of the kids really miss the matching PJs - craft stores run some good sales on blank t-shirts every couple of weeks, and day after thanksgiving will have 40-50-60% off coupons. So you cld buy blank matching t shirts in all sizes, and a set of acrylic or fabric paint, and have the artsier members of the family make matching Christmas shirts and or PJ tops!

- I only have one child -age 14 I save up all year for it. Doesn’t take much to put back money every paycheck. I do spend a lot every year but its never on crap toys he will never play with. you did a good job with the budget, the gifts are nice!

Looks good. Less toys means they will actually play with the ones they get rather than being overwhelmed with loads. Looks like your children will have a good time.

As my children have gotten older, our Christmas pj tradition has changed more to loungewear or athletic type clothing. Something comfy, but it gets more wear in the long run.

I never see Legos marked down that much!!! 😮 you got really great things!!! We also love to look all year and find the clearance deals!! If you give yourself enough time you can still find things specific to your kids and not just random stuff ❤ your Christmas will be so fun!!!
