The Satellite Cannon earns all the praise it gets because despite being an obvious powerhouse, it was never abused and was purposefully integrated into the story. It also ties well with Garrod's character development. The weapon was used with awe, fear, reverence, and respect. The creators did a very good job of not turning it into a generic Super Robot finishing move or a spammable tech.

The scene where garrod holds the colony cannon hostage with his double x is one of my favorite scenes in a gundam series just the sheer notion that the colonies controlled a weapon of death yet garrod is the one who has the upper hand against them is both awsome yet hallarious then when they give tiffa back to him he then proceeds to fire anyway and destroy the cannon shows how boss garrod is lol.

"Which Gundam is the strongest" is an argument that usually involves the qualifier "Not counting the Turn-A," since there's kind of a gap between a machine that can end civilization and everything else. (Also, it's kind of amusing to see a lot of beam cannons from the UC are so low in output; we've experimental lasers in real life with several terawatts output.)

I personally think the GN drive is the most overpowered single piece of technology in the Gundam multiverse. It can power mobile suits, or battleships. It can work as a means of propulsion It can harden armor to resist weapons fire, or work as means for high vibration physical weapons. it can act as a catalyst for weapons fire it can be tuned to work as an energy shield It can function as a radio wave jamming system ... It can facilitate human evolution it can work as a communication medium between species it can work as a FTL drive system The GN drive can do almost anything you want ... and I don't think this is a complete list.

I always liked the twin buster rifle used the Wing Zero Gundam.

I will always have a soft spot for Wing Zero's twin buster rifle. Not only was it the first insanely powerful F U gun I saw in Gundam. It was also the reason I dub the Wing Zero Custom the Angel of Fire. That's not mentioning all the add ons they did in Glory to The Losers where they made it an even more insanely powerful F U gun.

Honorable Mention: The Beam Rifle People often tend to forget that just a simple Beam Rifle plus a decent pilot and mobile suit can easily take out a fleet of ships and base with good aim.

The genius part with the Silver Bullet Suppressor having exchangeable hands is basically a reminder that Banagher is NOT part of the Federation anymore, but with ZEON now. So it makes perfect sense that they couldn't just build a mobile suit that straight up handles the recoil blast of the magnum. Simply put, they couldn't make something so powerful with the Federation going all EYES on Zeon again and of course, since the Vist Foundation had so many Silver Bullets and are TECHINICALLY stripped down Doven Wolfs by Anaheim, it wouldn't surprise me if these guys were premium sold items.

Banagher really had something going with the Silver Bullet considering you can reload the arms, but considering how often Banagher is shooting the Beam Magnum, it makes me wonder if Banagher just has a surplus of arms sitting in the hanger and how much all those said arms cost.

The GP02 was one of the first UC suits which had a tunable beam saber backed directly my it's reactor. That continued to the Nu Gundam which surprised Char in the Sazabi. Glad there was no mention of Psychoframe BS... I mean the Phenex's Armed Armor DEs. Those have NewTypes BS capabilities of suppressing several gigatons with of energy set off by the NZ-999 II. Probably the most powerful "defensive" weapon in UC.

Glad to see 00 on here... the 00 Qan[T] was super powerful in DW Gundam Reborn.

I would also like to make an honorable mention to the G-Self Perfect Pack - outfitted with beam deflection capability, omnidirectional lasers, and, oh, just casually, ANTIMATTER PHOTON TORPEDOES. At least the Moonlight Butterfly left you with sand - these things literally annhilate!
