This trilogy sadly hits way too close to home. There's been a few funerals I couldn't bring myself to go to. Watching a loved one pass - especially when they have to wither and fade into something barely recognisable as living due to sickness and the like - is a pain unlike any other. I think art is the only way to truly express that pain, and jesus fucking christ did Lorna Shore nail it... It's almost... cathartic(?) watching other people shed some tears over this trilogy. No matter whether it's personal, the songs ellicit such empathy from its listeners - it's beautiful. Thanks for making this.

Watching the people get so hopeful when the actor gets off the church floor going like "Yeah! Get up! I'm so glad he's okay" and knowing where this ends up going is so funny. Like, sorry guys, this ain't that kind of movie, we aren't getting a happy ending.

The opening makes me feel emotional. But, i dont know if its just because ive listened to it and have the song. I wish i could go back and remember if i felt it the first time.

I just want to say that I appreciate seeing the men be so vulnerable with sharing their emotions during their reactions. So many of the men were openly showing how music affects them and what they have gone through in the past. It’s so powerful to see, I hope men can continue to allow themselves to express their emotions freely
