Hey Everyone! I know it has been a while since our last post but we just wanted to update give a quick video on one of our favorite dishes. Lisa made her Chinese Pork & Vegetable Bao Buns. You typically find these as a dish at a Dim Sum restaurant (Chinese Brunch). Perfectly steamed with a juicy filling of pork, ginger, scallions, bok choy, and shittake mushrooms. Also if you are a Shenmue fan, this was one of the dishes Ryo can eat in Shenmue 3. The recipe for the filling is the same as the dumpling video we posted before and linked below.
