Scheffler is set to be arraigned Tuesday on charges including felony assault on a police officer, criminal mischief and reckless driving.

Dumb officer got assaulted by trying to grab a moving car like him grabbing it was going to stop it? Really? Shows he is not smart just reactionary as a lot of cops are. Was not even aware of whats going on around him. Must live in a cave.
