This is without a doubt the most stable ascent and smoothest staging I have ever seen. It was on the NASA professional level. Well done sir.

Absolute best model rocket launch vehicle I have ever watched on YouTube. This is absolute highest pro level stuff on so many levels.

I love how all the stages and boosters have their own parachutes. I love the gyro stabilization. And the whole system worked! Correct sequence of separation, boosters then the stages. Great stuff!

Petr, outstanding video presentation. I worked for NASA at Kennedy Space Center for several years of the Space Shuttle program. Your launch views would rival any Shuttle launch I ever worked. I also witnessed dozens of rocket launches from the Cape Canaveral side as well. During one Delta 4 launch, I was assigned to work the beach access road from KSC to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. About one minute into flight, the rocket exploded, showering debris for a few miles. My personal pickup truck was struck by one of the external boosters restraining straps. It lodged into the roof of my truck causing a brief fire, just narrowly missing the guard shack I was assigned to. The owners of the payload bought me a new truck, and I got to keep my old truck which I turned into a convertible pickup. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for sharing your video with all of us. It looked as real as any launch I ever witnessed at the Space Center. Keep up the great work! By the way, what country are you in? Thank you again, Petr.

Excellent rocket control. Steady vertical lift off with no spins. Very good camera placement and good quality of video. Thanks
  • I think that's the best three stage filming I have ever seen on a small scale rocket. GREAT separations and the fact that they were filmed so clearly is impressive.... AWESOME ! ! !

Very nice launch, good preparation, excellent camera work. Thank you.

Very cool. My big launch was a 12 engine, two stage rocket with six D12-0 engines on the first stage and six D12-3 on the upper to lift an actual 8mm movie camera back in the 70's. It was about 6 feet tall and about 10 inches in diameter guided by a 16 foot launch rod and a 6 foot diameter parachute. The trick was allowing all the lower stages to drop off independently. All the engines fired. Mine did not go nearly as high as yours, but it was great footage and a lot of fun. Oh I forgot, We launched it on the Mall in Washington DC. You could not get away with that today.

This was unquestionably the best rocketry video I have ever seen. (And I have seen many.)
  • I totally agree with Gunther Novacrunch... THE best rocket launch and flight video!  Love it!!

That was brilliant, and you, my friend, are a steely-eyed missile-man!

Pretty amazing setup. I'm impressed. That took some real work.
  • That smoke before launch was Hollywood material. Awesome and the flight. Wow.

In my young model rocket days in Phoenix, in my wildest dreams....well, you're living the dream!! How awesome is that!!
