La Candelaria neighborhood:
La Candelaria is the 17th locality of Bogotá, Colombia. A historic neighborhood in the city's downtown, it is the equivalent of the Old City in other cities. The architecture of the old houses, churches and buildings has Spanish Colonial, Baroque and art deco styles. It houses several universities, libraries and museums.

It is made up of the neighborhoods La Catedral, La Concordia, Las Aguas, Centro Administrativo, Egipto, Belén, San Francisco Rural, Nueva Santa Fe and Santa Bárbara. The city was founded there on August 6, 1538, and the first church was built, this town encompasses the historic center of Bogotá, as well as an important tourist, educational and commercial center.

Santa Fe neighborhood:
Santafe is a neighborhood located in the town of Los Mártires de Bogotá, Colombia. Its territory is comprised between 26th and 21st streets, and between Caracas Avenue and the La Florida and Samper Mendoza neighborhoods. It occupies about 13 hectares.
Santafe neighborhood was planned without a neighborhood center. However, the sector where Diagonal 22, Calle 22 and Transversal and Carrera 17 converge, in Parque Oscar, was transformed into a center for the collective life of the neighborhood. Another particularity in the configuration of the neighborhood is that the María Reina Parish is located on a street lacking a square that accentuates its social function.
