This model is destined to be a classic... really nice!

IMO, this is the ideal tiny home. So much is packed into this space.

I like the wider walkway between the kitchen unit and the wall for the bathroom. The storage is quite helpful. The stairs at the back is a nice layout. I like the peek a boo from the loft to the kitchen for air flow. The light is immense. I thank each of You for posting this. I send a smile.

Love the 10'x24' size tiny home! This just shows what a few people insist is NOT true... that your average customer wants a finished, ready to move in home, like the Charleston & Birmingam. The 4 extra feet in length really adds to the livability - more living space AND more storage space. Great home! You can sleep up or downstairs in this one.

I love the layout and the price is more than reasonable for having a finished home. The only thing I notice is that there is not a conveniently placed outlet for the refrigerator. The only spot to put the fridge is on the living room side of the kitchen but the outlet needs to be in a position to be hidden behind the appliance. Other than that, love this home!!
  • Oh my God, Randy do not paint it inside! It is absolutely perfect just as is. I love this home with all the natural wood. It has a wonderful homey beautiful cabin feel. I absolutely love love love love this perfect little home! As soon as you opened the door I said "WOW"! With all of that gorgeous natural knotty pine wood, I just fell in love with it. I wish I could move in just as it is right now, lol! It is perfection!👍😍🥰 I want one!😁
  • I like the all wood look in the woody. Thanks for sharing and showing us this beautiful tiny home.

I saw the increase before the video and was sad 😢. Thank You for the explanation. I can see how much extra has gone in to this layout and finishing options. Worth the cost n still less than competitors! ❤

This is one of my favorites 😍 great job randy and Amanda 🙏❤️
  • I liked the Luanne house in the beginning but when you came out with this woody I fell in love. I'm happy your offering it painted and pollyed. Just wish I had somewhere to put it.
  • I really like the amenity changes! So much more storage! Thanks for the tour!

Love this update, so much better. Thank you for trying to keep improving and keeping the cost low. It is hard for most of us older people to be able to live. Rent, food, and basic bills is going up and up but our income sadly is not.

I loved this house when it came out. I was disappointed that it was unfinished. Now that it is going to be finished, it is even more appealing. I can't to see the new sink colors! The spacious bathroom and stairs in the back of house is so great. I would probably still sleep downstairs and devote the loft to my craft and lounge space.

So nice Randy and Amanda. I love the wood but the white opens up the space more. 💕

Yes, love the new location of the door. Layout is good, I appreciate the fact that you all discuss the cost, (I have watched many tiny home videos, and they don't bring up the cost of the tiny they want to sale, it doesn't make sense). Your prices are very reasonable. Keep up the good work.
  • One of the best model's, so far and with all the storage , back easy stairs , king size upper bed room . Unreal a real tiny woody with all the details. This one is a winner and think myself at 6-4 and 68 yrs old , I could deal with this size tiny.

Couldn't you still offer it as a DIY, for 59k? Offer a choice? Also, just wanted to mention how helpful the 360 view option is for some of the models on the website! It's great to be able to actually take measurements and zoom in on every area! Would really love to see that view option available for all your models! :-)
  • I love this home. I am looking to purchase in 2024. The homes are getting better and better. Thank you for your efforts to keep the costs down, despite the poor economy. A challenge for ITH, I am sure.
